2012 Trailblazer Cross Country Camp

Don't forget to mark your calendars for the 2012 Trailblazer Cross Country Camp.  June 4th and June 5th we will meet at the Pioneer Ridge Middle School track from 7 pm - 8 pm.  On June 7th we are going to meet at the GEHS Cross Country course from 7 pm - 8 pm.  Our final session will be on June 9th at the Olathe Prairie Center from 9 am - 10 am.  The cost of the camp is $25 per athlete.  Instruction will focus on running economy, sprint drills, race tactics, strength training, and dynamic stretching.
