Lunge Matrix...

Today's post is a video that demonstrates a fantastic warm up to incorporate before running.  Do this lunge matrix before and after you run to build a solid foundation.  These exercises will build strength and help to prevent injury.    Preventing injury leads to more training...more (smart) training leads to faster running.
