Ottawa XC meet information: September 24th, 2011

The following post is an informational letter from the Ottawa cross country coach.

Ottawa Middle School XC Meet

Sept 24^th, 2011

Dear Cross Country Coach,

The Ottawa Cross Country Invitational will be held Sept. 24^th. 

The Time Schedule is as follows:

Girls Varsity        9:00a.m

Boys Varsity       9:30a.m.

Girls JV                 10:00a.m.

Boys JV                 10:30a.m.

Middle School   11:00a.m.

There will be medals awarded to the top ten in each division.  Parking is available on Eisenhower Road, west of course and Kingman North of the course.   Buses are to park to the south of the hill on Eisenhower Road.  There will be a directional sign.

Plan on arriving early enough to allow runners to preview the course .  If you have any questions please ask.

Top ten places in each division will receive a medal.

Please direct your team and fans to avoid the quarry.  Please be reminded of the uniform/jewelry rules.  We will use the quick score method.

Notice that the 7^th and 8^th grade finish lines are different.  The start will be the same for all races.  The middle school route is the 1 mile and 2 mile marks of the girls 4K.

Fee--$5 per runner or $20 for 7^th boys, $20 for 7^th girls, $20 for 8^th boys, $20 for 8^th girls
